TTK PRESTIGE LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

TTK Prestige Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 20/- per share which shall be paid on the 15th day from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
