TTK Prestige Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys securities will remain closed for Directors and Designated Employees of the Company and/or their dependents from October 06, 2014 till October 15, 2014 as per Regulation 3.2.1 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), 1992 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
