Tulsi Extrusions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2014, has appointed Mr. Satish Charkha as CFO of the Company and Mr. Sanjay R Taparia designated as CEO would now be Non Executive Director only.
