Tuni Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window shall, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, remain closed from August 07, 2014 to August 14, 2014 (both days Inclusive) and shall re-open on August 16, 2014.<br/><br/>Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from August 07, 2014 to August 14, 2014 (both days inclusive).
