TV TODAY NETWORK LTD. - News Clarification

The Exchange had sought clarification from TV Today Network Ltd vide exchange email dated August 10, 2015.<BR><BR>TV Today Network Ltd replied as under:<BR><BR>"the Company has received a show cause notice from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB), Government of India. <BR><BR>The Company is examining the said notice and will reply to the same within due course of time."
