Pursuant to Reg 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the statutory terms of Mr. Ashok Kapur (DIN :- 00003577) and Mr. Anil Vig (DIN:- 00022816) as Non-Executive Independent Directors of the Company will conclude from the close of business hours on March 31, 2024. Accordingly, Mr. Ashok Kapur and Mr. Anil Vig will cease to be Non-Executive Independent Directors and members of the Committees of the Board of the Company.
