TV Today Network Ltd has informed BSE that: <BR><BR>1. Mr. Rajeev Thakore, an independent director has resigned from the Board of the Company w.e.f. November 04, 2015.<BR><BR>2. The Board has vide circular resolution approved the telecast of its existing channel "Aaj Tak" on free to Air Platform on DD Free Dish in order to increase the rural viewership.
