Board Meeting on Friday,May 26, 2017 As per the Company's Code of Conduct for the Prohibition of Insider Trading ('code'), the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the insiders as per the code of the Company from April 27, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the Board Meeting (both days inclusive).
