Mr. Dinesh Bhatia, the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from November 06, 2020. Mr. Dinesh Bhatia will now focus on business strategy in the Company and other roles assigned to him.
