TV18 Broadcast Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Hitesh Kumar Jain, DGM - Corporate Affairs and Company Secretary, ceased to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from October 16, 2014, consequent to his resignation.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Sachin Gupta has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. October 16, 2014.
