With reference to Increase in Trading Volume, TV18 Broadcast Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<br/><br/>"the Company has been promptly disseminating all disclosures required to be made by it under clause 36 of the listing agreement and does not have any unpublished information or announcement required to be made under Clause 36.<br/><br/>Accordingly, the Company has no comment on the volume behaviour in the scrip on the stock exchanges."
