The Company has received an order dated December 31, 2023 from the Joint Commissioner , Corporate Circle, Noida, Gautambudha Nagar (A), Utter Pradesh levying a penalty of Rs. 19,526 under Section 73 of GST Act, 2017 for alleged availing of excess input tax credit during the financial year 2017-18.
