TV18 Broadcast Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 26, 2014 the following Key Managerial Personnel of the Company were appointed with effect from November 27, 2014;<BR><BR>- Ms. Kshipra Jatana as the Manager; and<BR><BR>- Mr. Hariharan Mahadevan as the Chief Financial Officer.
