TVS Motor Company Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of public notice in news papers viz. on July 30, 2014 notifying the proposed delisting of the equity shares of the Company from MSE and that the equity shares of the Company would continue to be listed in both BSE Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
