TVS Motor Company Ltd has informed BSE that in connection with the application for voluntary delisting of equity shares from Madras Stock Exchange Limited (MSE), MSE vide its notice dated October 14, 2014, delisted the securities of the Company from their exchange, with effect from October 15, 2014.
