Pursuant to SEBI (Provision of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 (as amended) read with the "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by the designated person in respect of the Company, the Trading window will remain close for all Directors, KMPs, Designated Person and other connected person from 1st July, 2024 till the date of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024.
