UCO BANK - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of Code of Conduct for probation of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of Bank will remain closed from 8th May, 2017 to 14th May, 2017 for the directors/designated employees of the Bank and will be reopened on 15th May, 2017 on account of Board Meeting to be held on Friday, the 12th May, 2017, inter alia, to approve audited financial results of the Bank for the year ended 31.03.2017.
