Sri K Rajivan Nair is deemed to be elected as director of the Bank under Section 9(3)(i) of Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings)Act, 1970 from amongst the shareholders other than the Director. Shri K Rajivan Nair assume office on 02.12.2017 and hold office until completion of period of three years upto 01.12.2020.
