We would like to inform that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on 02.08.2017, inter alia, to consider the Reviewed/ Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the 1st quarter ended 30.06.2017. <BR> <BR> Further, in terms of UCO Bank Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of Bank will remain closed from 27th July, 2017 to 4th August , 2017 (both days inclusive) for the Directors/designated employees of the Bank. <BR>
