With reference to the letter dated April 25, 2017 intimating regarding meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on May 29, 2017, to approve and take on record Audited Financial Result and Segment-wise Revenue Result for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017, Ugar Sugar Works Ltd has further informed BSE that the Board will also consider recommendation of dividend if any.
