UltraTech Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider & approval of the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016; recommending dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016; issuance of Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis for the operations of the Company.
