UltraTech Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee has on June 02, 2016 allotted 3,743 equity shares of Rs. 10/- of the Company to Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under the Companys Employee Stock Option Scheme.<BR><BR>On allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 27,44,37,877 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 2,74,43,78,770/-.
