UltraTech Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 23, 2015, to consider and approve, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 (Q3).<BR><BR>In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from January 01, 2015 and will remain closed uptil 24 hours after the announcement of the financial results to the public.
