UltraTech Cement Ltd has informed BSE that Based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the Board), the Board has by way of resolutions dated October 11, 2014 appointed Mrs. Sukanya Kripalu and Mrs. Renuka Ramnath as Additional Directors (Independent) with effect from October 11, 2014.
