UltraTech Cement Ltd has informed BSE that, based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 02, 2014 has;<br/><br/>1. Re-designated Mr. O. P. Puranmalka, currently Whole-time Director as the Managing Director of the Company, with effect from September 01, 2014;<br/><br/>2. Inducted Mr. Dilip Gaur as Additional Director and appointed him as Whole-time Director (designated as Deputy Managing Director) of the Company with effect from October 15, 2014.<br/><br/>The above is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
