Please be advised that in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th September, 2022.
