Pursuant to the Company''s code of conduct to Regulate, Conduct, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, formulated and adopted under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as duly amended, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company will be closed from April 1, 2024 and shall open 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024 are made public.
