UNIFLEX CABLES LTD. - Updates on Draft Rehabilitation Scheme

With reference to the earlier announcement about the date of hearing on July 23, 2012 by Honble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) for sanction of the Draft Rehabilitation Scheme (DRS) of Uniflex Cables Ltd. (UCL) dated May 03, 2012 circulated by them which inter-alia envisage the Amalgamation of UCL with Apar industries Ltd., the Holding Company, In this connection, Uniflex Cables Ltd has now informed BSE that at the hearing held on July 23, 2012, the Honble BIFR sanctioned the said Rehabilitation Scheme envisaging the Amalgamation of the Company with Apar Industries Ltd., the Holding Company.<br/><br/>The detailed Order along with copy of sanctioned Scheme from BIFR is awaited and will be submitted in due course.
