UNION BANK OF INDIA - Reappointment of Registrar & Share Transfer Agent

Union Bank of India has informed BSE that M/s Datamatics Financial Services Ltd., existing Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Bank has been re-appointed as RTA of the Bank through tender process. The Bank has entered into an agreement with M/s Datamatics Financial Services Ltd. on February 13, 2017.
