UNION BANK OF INDIA - Appointment of Key Managerial Personnel (CFO & CCO)

Union Bank of India has informed BSE that Shri Vivekanand H. Kamath, General Manager has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Shri Pankaj Sharma, General Manager as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of the Bank w.e.f May 06, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer are authorized by the Board of Directors of the Bank for the purpose of determining the materiality of event or information.
