UNION BANK OF INDIA - Q2 results on Nov 06, 2015

Union Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Reviewed Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the 2nd quarter / half-year ended on September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Further, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Bank will be closed from September 16, 2015 to November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive).
