With reference to the earlier letter dated May 06, 2016, regarding the Board Meeting of the Bank to be held on May 13, 2016, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the 4th quarter/financial year ended on March 31, 2016 and to recommend the dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2016, Union Bank of India has now informed BSE that the Bank will host an earnings conference call with analysts and investors at 5.00 PM (IST) on May 13, 2016, wherein financial results of the Bank will be discussed.
