UNION BANK OF INDIA - Fixes Book Closure for Final Dividend and AGM

Union Bank of India has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 21, 2014 to June 27, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on June 27, 2014.<br/><br/>The dividend, if approved, will be paid on July 08, 2014.
