UNION BANK OF INDIA - End of Tenure of Executive Directors

Union Bank of India has informed BSE that the term of Shri Kishor Kharat, Executive Director of the Bank has ended on August 14, 2015 in terms of Ministry of Finance, Govt, of India letter dated August 14, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the term of Shri K. Subrahmanyam as Executive Director of the Bank ended on July 31, 2015 i.e. date of superannuation.
