Union Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 08, 2014, <br/>inter-alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the Bank for the 4th quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2014 and to recommend the dividend, if any.
