UNION BANK OF INDIA - Change in Statutory Central Auditors

Union Bank of India has informed BSE that the Bank has recently appointed SCAs for the financial year 2014-15 as per recently modified norms/policy for selection and appointment of SCAs of the bank by Gol/RBl.
