UNION BANK OF INDIA - Notice of Specified Date

Union Bank of India has informed BSE that the Bank has fixed May 15, 2015 as the Specified Date for the purpose of ascertaining the shareholders entitled to participate in the Election of Directors amongst shareholders other than the Central Government pursuant to Section 9(3) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1970/1980 read with the Banking Regulation Act 1949, The Nationalised Bank (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970 and Union Bank of India (Shares & Meetings) Regulations, 1998 as amended from time to time, at the ensuing General Meeting of the bank.
