Uniphos Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 26, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In view of the above and in pursuance of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed from October 16, 2015 and will end on October 28, 2015 for Insiders covered therein.
