UNIQUE ORGANICS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Company's CODE OF FAIR DISCLOSURES and CODE OF CONDUCT under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from 20.11.2017 till 30.11.2017 (both days inclusive) for approval of un-audited financial results for the 2nd quarter ended 30.09.2017.
