This is to inform you that the Company has received a request from following the persons for reclassifying their category from the "Promoter Group" category to "public" category in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI(LODR) Reg, 2015. This letter is being reviewed by the company. Upon determining the eligibility request the board will decide appropriately based on the merits of the request and determine the appropriate next steps in accordance with the listing regulations.
