This is to inform you that the Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 27.10.2021, <BR> 1. has redesignated/ appointed Shri Ashok Kumar Yadav, Chief Operating Officer, Unitech Limited, as the Chief Executive Officer of the Unitech Group of Companies with immediate effect. <BR> <BR> 2. has extended the tenure of Sh. Kailash Chand Sharma as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Unitech Group of Companies for a further period of one year w.e.f. 24.11.2021 till 23.11.2022. <BR> <BR> Please refer attached letter for further details.<BR>
