UNITED BANK OF INDIA - Fixes Book Closure for AGM (Cut-off date for e-voting)

United Bank of India has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 20, 2016 to June 28, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on June 28, 2016.
