United Breweries (Holdings) Ltd has informed BSE that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 20, 2016 have approved the appointment of Mr. Ajay Kumar Vijay as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from April 20, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on April 20, 2016 have also appointed Mr. Ajay Kumar Vijay, CFO as a Key Managerial Personnel by passing a resolution as required under Section 203 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
