United Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 02, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>As per Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company in terms of SEBI Regulations, the trading window shall remain closed for the Companies Directors/Officers and designated employees from January 23, 2016 till February 04, 2016.
