In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that, Mr. Raj Mohan Choubey (DIN: 00031305) and Mr. Nandanadan Mishra (DIN: 00031342), have completed their respective second term of five consecutive years as Independent Directors of the Company with effect from the close of business hour on september 25,2024. The Board of Directors and the management of the Company expressed its deep appreciation and gratitude for the valuable counsel rendered by Mr. Raj Mohan Choubey and Mr. Nandanadan Mishra during their association with the Company over the years. The requisite disclosure as required under Reg 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI LODR Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2024 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.
