United Spirits Ltd has informed BSE the Board of Directors of the Company have passed a resolution in Circulation effective May 24, 2016 appointing Mr Vinod Rao, a nominee of Relay B V., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Diageo Plc, as a non-executive non-independent director on the Board of the Company.<BR>
