The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, approved inter-alia the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the half-year and quarter ended 30th September 2021 ('UFR'). The Limited Review Report ('LRR') thereon, received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the standalone and consolidated financial results were placed at the said Meeting. UFR along with the LRR and a Press Release in respect of this UFR are enclosed
