United Spirits Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from January 01, 2016 till January 29, 2016 in connection with the proposed Board Meeting scheduled to be held on January 27, 2016 for considering inter alia, un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3). The Trading window will re-open on January 30, 2016.
