UNITED VAN DER HORST LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the code of Internal Procedure and conduct for regulating , monitoring and reporting of trading by Designated Persons & their immediate relatives , the trading window for delaing in securities/ shares of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Friday 09th August, 2024 to Thursday 15th August, 2024 ( Both Days Inclusive). Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade (buy or sell or pledge, etc) in the security/ shares of the Company during aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
