Univa Foods Ltd - INTIMATION REGARDING REQUEST LETTER RECEIVED FROM MEMBERS OF THE PROMOTER GROUP FOR RECLASSIFICATION FROM 'PROMOTER AND PROMOTER GROUP' CATEGORY TO 'PUBLIC ' CATEGORY PURSUANT TO THE REGULATION 31A OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015, AS AMENDED ('SEBI LISTING REGULATIONS').

In furtherance to the captioned subject and earlier intimation submitted to the Stock Exchanges i.e. BSE Limited ('BSE') and National Stock Exchange of India Limited ('NSE') both vide the letter dated January 03, 2023, the Company has received an additional request letter from the Crystal Commagri Vitran Private Limited (No. of Shares 0 and Percentage 0) Promoter Group member of the Company for reclassification their shareholding from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group member' category to 'Public' category of shareholder.
